Responsibilities
• Create a plan, control, and standardize of production. (Mold and plastic injection process)
• Control production line to run smoothly.
• Responsible for Kaizen, Productivity, Maintenance system, budget control, costing down project.
• Coordinate monthly production workflow for injection process.
• Solve the problem that happens in injection line.
• Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
• Determine manpower, equipment, and raw materials needed to cover production demand.
• Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations.
• Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget.
• Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 5 years experience as Plastic Injection Engineer in automotive or electronics manufacturing industry.
• At least 2 years or management experience as Assistant Manager or higher level.
• Must have experience in Plastic Injection and injection mold.
• Must have experience in production planning, KAIZEN or lean project.
• ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949.
• Conversational middle - high level of Japanese *Communicate with JP MD Directly *No JLPT is required. *No interpreter
• Able to attend face to face interview.
• Business level of Japanese is an advantage
• JLPT N1-N2 is an advantage
Languages skills
• English : Conversational
• Japanese : Conversational
Workplace Area: Amata City Chonburi Industrial Estate Phrase 4 Phan Thong, Chonburi
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Monday – Friday Saturday working: around 8 days per year)
