Responsibilities
• Develops and updates the foam machine technical specifications, TPM standard procedure, and quotation checklist of foam plants with JVs process and maintenance teams.
• Provides technical support, on-site or remote, to foam machine troubleshooting, and helps JVs to achieve foam line machine utilization larger than 93% annually.
• Works with JVs on machine automation, innovation, and safety to improve working efficiency for labor hour reduction and product quality stabilization.
• Establishes and share Asia foam lines machine database. Helps JVs for spare parts localization and share.
• Gives new foam line launch support, and confirms the new line meet the quotation scale and company technical specifications.
• Leads and cooperates machine supplier development with JVs, and introduces qualified suppliers to global team for machine export.
• Develops training courses on machine design, maintenance, failure and countermeasures, and innovation.
Qualifications
Necessary Skill / Experience
• At least 7 years of working experience of Injection Mold in automotive manufacturing industry.
• Must have experience in foam machine and foam tooling maintenance, capable of using various tools.
• Must have experience in programming and coding PLC.
• Must have experience in Foam Machine (Hennecke & Krauss Maffei ).
• Conversation high - business level of English *Report in English to CN Director *Email and document *Interview in English.
• Able to travel frequently.
• Computer literacy e.g. Intouch, Visual Basic, or Java for machine programming.
• No job hopper (More than 4 years per one place).
• Conversational high - business level of Chinese will be preferable
• Reaction Injection machine maintenance experience will be preferable

Working Hour: 8:00-17:30(Mon-Fri Saturday Working: 2-3 days per year depends on client's calendar)
