Responsibilities
• Implement QC activities in inspecting products to ensure adherence to company quality standards and customer specifications.
• Handling ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
• Report quality problems to Manager and procedure of quality concern.
• Contact to customer, supplier by phone and email.
• Inspect procedure until products meets quality standards and specifications are attained.
• Conduct QC audit and Quality risk analysis at production site.
• Keep KPI target and analysis route cause to improvement to achieve KPI.
• Prepare quality document Core Tools (FMEA, SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP)
• Trouble shooting by analysis and make countermeasure to reduce monthly & daily problem.
• Audit suppliers.
• Responsible for management and training.
Qualifications
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering field GPA 3.00 (Preferable : Metallurgical engineering)
• At least 5 years about QA,QC in any manufacturing industry (Related to steel and metal.)
• Have management experience at least 2 years as Assistant - Manager level.
• Must have working experience with metal (process machining, casting, assembly, rubber.)
• Able to use measuring tool e.g. dial gauges, micrometers ,Calipers.
• Have working experience of Audit supplier
• Have working experience of QMS, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
• Conversational middle level of English (Report to Japanese Manager)
