Responsibilities

1. Payroll Management

• Responsible for monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Coordinate with finance and external vendors regarding salary payments and related reports.

2. Compensation & Benefits Administration

• Manage employee benefits such as social security, provident fund, insurance, and other company welfare programs.

• Assist in reviewing and improving compensation and benefits policies.

3. Employee Data Management

• Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.

• Prepare HR reports related to payroll, benefits, and employee information.

4. HR Operations Support

• Support daily HR operations including onboarding, employee documentation, and HR administrative tasks.

• Ensure HR processes comply with company policies and local labor regulations.

5. Cross-cultural Communication

• Support communication between local employees and Chinese management.

• Assist with translation and coordination when necessary.

Qualifications

Necessary Skill / Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree

• At least 3 years of HR experience in payroll, compensation & benefits only

• Conversation-high - Business in Chinese (speaking, reading, and writing). (HSK 5 up)

• Familiar with Thai labor law, payroll process, and HR systems.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure will be preferable.

• English : Conversational

• Japanese : None

• Mandarin: Conversational

Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon - Fri (Sat : Every Other Saturday))
