Responsibilities
• Handle order processing, purchase processing, and sales processing
• Support accounting-related tasks such as data input and document handling
• Input and manage data using Excel and internal systems (e.g., SAP HANA)
• Communicate with internal stakeholders (Japan and overseas offices) in English
• Coordinate with global operation centers (Japan, EU, US, Asia)
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of trade-related documents
• Follow instructions from supervisors and complete assigned tasks
• Support process standardization and operational efficiency improvement
• Other assigned tasks.
Qualifications
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Having experience in data entry, operations, or administrative work
• Strong PC skills, especially Excel and Outlook
• Conversational middle-high level of English (around TOEIC 500)
• Experience in trading, logistics, or import/export operations will be preferable
• Experience using SAP HANA or similar ERP systems will be preferable
• Detail-oriented and able to handle routine tasks accurately will be preferable
Languages skills
• English : Conversational

Workplace Area: Amata Nakorn Industrial Estate phase 8 Panthong, Chonburi
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Saturday Working: One time in a month* depend on company Calendar)
