Responsibilities

• Develop workforce plans based on the needs and suitability of each department

• Oversee the recruitment, selection, and interview processes

• Manage payroll calculations, prepare reports, and obtain management approval

• Prepare and revise company rules, regulations, and announcements in compliance with legal requirements

• Conduct performance evaluations for employees at all levels

• Plan and monitor annual training programs to enhance employee skills

• Prepare annual budgets and control expenses

• Reduce company costs and expenditures

• Prepare salary data for Japanese executives

• Coordinate and communicate with the headquarters in Japan

• Act as an interpreter on certain occasions

Qualifications

Necessary Skill / Experience

• Age 35-48 years

• Female Gender

• Bachelor’s Degree

• At least 10 years of working experience in human resources or administrative roles from any manufacturing.

• At least 5 years of management experience as Assistant Manager or higher level.

• Must have experience in all HR & GA & ER functions (recruitment, payroll calculation, employee development, performance evaluation, employee relations, government liaison, visa and work permit processing, contract management, compliance, etc.)

• Conversational high - business level in Japanese (JLPT N3 level or above) with strong speaking, reading, and writing skills (Act as Interpreter somtimes and report directly to JP Director / Interview in Japanese)

• Conversational high - business level of English (Email and Document / May contact overseas branches)

• Strong knowledge of labor laws

• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015

• Strong leadership skills and ability to work well under pressure

• Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N2 is preferable

Workplace Area: Amata City Industrial Estate Pluak Daeng District, Rayong

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 Monday – Friday (Saturday working: 1-2 Sat per month)
