Responsibilities
- Provide Japanese and Thai interpretation (and English–Thai translation) for Japanese executives
- Directly support and report to the Japanese Managing Director (MD) and Japanese Financial Director and others Japanese member in the company if required
- Translate documents, reports, and presentation materials
- Prepare and write presentation scripts for executives
- Act as interpreter in meetings (weekly, monthly, and annual meetings)
- Support interpretation during audits and take meeting minutes
- Coordinate communication between Japanese and Thai teams
- Assist in planning functions, especially in business
- Reengineering process (BRP) projects, business process Reengineering
- Support process improvement initiatives to reduce manual work and increase automation
Qualifications
< Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 35 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience as an interpreter in a manufacturing environment (any industry)
- Conversational high of English (Able to Translate from English to Thai)
- Conversational high or business level of Japanese (N1 or N2 required), and Able to Translate and interpret from Japanese to English, English to Japanese and Japanese to Thai
- Strong communication skills and Ability to work with senior Management
< Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Experience in planning or business process improvement / BRP is a strong advantage

Japanese level : Conversational

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Monday-Friday)
