Responsibilities
- Operate, Design and control machines and supervise subordinates to ensure tasks are completed
- Follow instructions and Report work progress to the supervisor.
- Design mold
- Perform daily cleaning of mold contact surfaces.
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of machinery.
- Check injection conditions according to the daily Check sheet.
- Review and verify daily Check records for injection machines.
- Set up molds, robots, and pallet changers.
- Set up parts according to production requirements.
- Record and monitor process data and operating conditions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine alarms and operational issues.
- Adjust machine and process conditions to improve performance and resolve production problems.
- Propose process improvements to reduce production costs and increase added value (Kaizen activities).
- Comply with ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System requirements:
- Follow the company’s environmental policy
- Comply with departmental Environmental aspects
- Follow procedures related to Environmental management
- Implement Environmental action plans
- Ensure Compliance with the IATF 2016:16949 quality management System.
- Supervise subordinates to ensure tasks are completed according to goals and standards.
- Other tasks assigned by the Manager
Qualifications
< Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, age 27 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's Degree in the Engineering field
- At least 5 years of work experience in operating NC Milling, ML, EDM, SG, and WEDM machines
- At least 1 year of management experience with subordinates
- Able to use Cimatron program and Multi DNC software.
- Able to Design mold
- Good relationship, highly Responsible, and willing to work under pressure
- Strong leadership Ability with good communication skills
- High sense of responsibility.
- Detail-Oriented and precise.
< Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Can start Working immediately
- Direct Experience of maintenance in Plastic for Automotive manufacturing

English level : Basic
Japanese level : None
Workplace Area: Rojana Industrial Park 2
Working Hour: 8:00-17:10 (Monday-Friday, Saturday: Every other Saturday (08.00-17.10))
