Responsibilities
- Take care of after-service both onsite and teleservices for clients
- First-year service, will focus on domestic customers, visit the site with the senior/ report line, and use the company car only(Drive by self)
- After acquiring sufficient skills, one will have to go on one's own.
- Visit Clients 3-4 Times/Week
- Perform daily work on-site or teleservices of machines (sheet metal, cutting, grinding machines, etc.), tools, and associated equipment.
- Visit customers regularly or upon request for routine service of machines and associated equipment.
- Inspect, diagnose, and rectify machine failure operation, problems, breakdowns, etc.
- Execute new machine installation with the team, test run of the machine, and provide training to users, provide
maintenance, and address safety aspects.
- Promote a package of service & maintenance contracts to existing customers for continuous services.
- Generate service reports and quotations upon customers’ queries.
Qualifications
< Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, age 22 - 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree
*Candidate with the following conditions, A or B, can submit
- (A) Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in relate field with at least 1 year of experience as a service/maintenance engineer, mechanical engineer in machinery, automotive, robot, automation industry, and manufacturing
- (B) Fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering
- Have knowledge of CNC machines
- Communication middle level of English (internal, email, documents)
< Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Having knowledge and Experience of pneumatic systems
- Able to utilize 2D, 3D CAD/CAM program is preferable
- Intermediate level of computer literacy skills; MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Windows OS, etc.
- Have personal car and driving license
- Be flexible on working hours, require traveling, or stay upcountry/overseas for some time when necessary.
- Understand systems, functions of welding machines, electrical controls, Electronics, drawings, and circuit diagrams.
- Able to Communicate both internally and externally with all levels
- Be flexible on working hours, require traveling upcountry and overseas for a certain period when it’s necessary.
