Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee overall HR functions, ensuring alignment with company policies and objectives.

• Handle recruitment and hiring processes, including subcontractor sourcing and selection.

• Administer payroll, employee benefits, and welfare programs accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain positive labor relations and handle employee concerns in compliance with labor laws.

• Develop, implement, and enforce company rules and regulations.

• Conduct annual performance evaluations and support employee promotion processes.

• Plan and organize company events and employee engagement activities.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

Qualifications

Necessary Skill / Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree

• Minimum of 5 years in HR roles with comprehensive experience across recruitment, payroll, labor relations, and employee welfare in manufacturing industry.

• At least 1 years management experience as senior level.

• Conversation middle level of English (Interview in English / Use both internal & external communication.)

• Experience with payroll systems and BIOS will be considered a plus will be preferable

• Experience in managing, supervising, and coordinating with labor unions will be preferable

• Toeic 550 up will be preferable

• English : Conversational

• Japanese : None

Workplace Area: Amatanakorn Industrial Estate Phase 3

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Saturday Working: Average 1 day per month)
