Responsibilities
- Act as DRI to coordinate NPI (new product Introduction) Development projects between customers and factory engineering teams
- Monitor and update project progress for both Development phase and mass production
- Prepare and submit weekly reports on yield, production results (Input/Output/EFF/Yield), and project status
- Lead customer meetings (online and onsite), including agenda preparation, presentation, and meeting minutes
- Communicate and Negotiate with overseas clients in English on technical and project-related matters
- Coordinate closely with internal teams (engineering, quality control, manufacturing) to ensure project alignment
- Support customer visits at factory, including production line explanation and coordination
- Analyze production and quality data, and Report issues with improvement suggestions
- Prepare NPI Build reports and summary reports based on production data
- Support internal meetings and provide clear communication to align all stakeholders
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
< Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female , age 30 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing environment (engineering, QA, production, or related)
- Conversational-high level of English *TOEIC 750+ preferred, minimum around 650 depending on ability (to communicate with overseas clients (US, Europe, China, ASEAN)
- Experience in customer communication, especially with overseas clients
< Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Experience in NPI or project coordination role
- Background in Electronics or PCB manufacturing
- Experience Working in multinational or Japanese company
- Experience handling yield, production, or quality reports
- Leadership Experience in meetings or Cross-functional projects
Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None
Workplace Area: Bang Pa-In Industrial Area
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Monday – Friday (Overtime 0.5–1.0 hr, 2–3 times/week)*Saturday Working : 2–3 days/month (based on company calendar))
