Responsibilities
- Develop and refine short-term and long-term corporate strategic plans to drive organizational growth and performance.
- Analyze internal and external Data to Support strategic planning and inform executive decision-making.
- Prepare performance reports aligned with strategic objectives, including actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure alignment with overall organizational goals.
- Present Data and strategic insights clearly using tools such as PowerPoint and other Data visualization methods.
- Support the continuous improvement of business processes and contribute to enhancing organizational efficiency.
Qualifications
< Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 22 - 26 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field
- At least 1 year in corporate planning, business analysis, marketing, sales coordinator, or a related area in any industry
- Conversational Middle level of English (internal, email, documents)
< Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Conversational level of Japanese
- Experience in a manufacturing company
