Responsibilities
To manage maintenance operations by implementing preventive strategies, controlling costs, and coordinating across departments to ensure maximum equipment reliability and performance
- Manage all maintenance operations
- Plan and control maintenance work for facilities and equipment to maximize efficiency
- Develop and control preventive maintenance plans and related budgets
- To analyze problems and find preventive measures
- Coordinate with relevant departments
- Other tasks as assigned by the Report line
Qualifications
< Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 30 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in facility maintenance from an industrial plant or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in Management Level
- Conversational middle level in English (Communicate with Japanese Management, reports, emails, and documents)
- Experience in TPM, PM systems, and machine problem analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, such as Word and Excel
- Able to plan and Make decisions effectively
- Able to Communicate and coordinate effectively
- Responsible, diligent, Patient, and Able to work as a team
< Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Experience in a Japanese company
- Experience in a Warehouse or logistics company
Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None
Workplace Area: Phra Pradaeng, Samut Prakan
Working Hour: 7:30-16:30 (Monday - Friday, Saturday Working: Around 1-2 times per month according to the company's calendar)
