Responsibilities
1. ISO Management (ISO 9001 / ISO 14001)
• Manage and control ISO 9001 (Quality Management System) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System).
• Develop, review, and update system documentation including Procedures, Work Instructions, and Records.
• Plan and conduct internal audits, and follow up on corrective actions in coordination with Certification Bodies.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
2. Environmental & ESG
• Prepare, analyze, and disclose environmental data in accordance with international ESG and sustainability reporting standards.
• Coordinate with internal departments to collect and verify data accuracy.
• Monitor environmental laws, regulations, and emerging trends.
• Support sustainability initiatives and environmental impact reduction projects.
3. Compliance & Coordination
• Ensure compliance with environmental laws, regulations, and company requirements.
• Liaise with management, auditors, and external stakeholders.
• Improve systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Environmental, Compliance, or ISO-related roles.
• Must have experience of ESG. (Environmental, Social, and Governance)
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 systems.
• Conversational middle level of English. (Must have TOEIC 450+)
• Able to use MS Office.
• Experience working in a Japanese company is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Japanese is an advantage.

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri (Saturday working average once in a month))
