Responsibilities
• Develop new products to meet criteria in terms of established cost and margins.
• Cooperate with the production department to run pre-production test and set up standards for the product.
• Interact with suppliers and ingredient consultants to keep abreast of new products and technologies.
• Set up standard procedures and training materials for new product launches to support the simplification of operations.
• Research consumer behavior to develop a product.
• Control working plan, and train subordinates to skill up for speed up.
• Supervising and guiding new staff for administrative within the department with agreed policies and workflow.
Qualifications
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 2 years of working experience as SMT Engineer from Electronic industry or Electronic part in Automotive. ex. Touch screen, Audio
• Have basic knowledge of soldering (Flow/Wave/Selective)
• Conversational daily-middle level of English. (Internal communication)
• Able to attend face to face interview.
• Working experience with the new model will be preferable.
Languages skills
• English : Conversational
• Japanese : None
Workplace Area: Pinthong Industrial Estate 3 Sriracha Chonburi
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Monday - Friday (Sat : 18 sat per year depends on company calendar))
