Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee Area Supervisors and PC (Promoter) teams across modern trade channels nationwide.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sell-out performance and achieve assigned targets.
- Continuously monitor and analyze sales performance to optimize strategies and improve effectiveness.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and Support to team members to enhance operational efficiency and customer service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and store-level customers.
- Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth sales operations and execution.
Qualifications
< Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 30 - 42 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 8 years of experience in retail sales or area sales team management, including at least 4 years of managerial experience leading and supervising team members.
- Proficient in MS office, especially in Excel Pivot Table, VLOOKUP.
- Have personal Car and Driving license, willingness to travel and work in upcountry areas as required.
- Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of market Dynamics and consumer behavior.
- Proven Ability to analyze sales data and Develop structured strategies.
< Preferable Skill/ Experience >
- Experience from IT gadgets, IT accessory industry
