Responsibilities
- Supporting approved suppliers for purchased component (Plastics and PCBA) for serial production.
- Works with SQE development for successful handover of new projects new components
- Creation and/or Review of material Inspection/test Plan for new component(s) to Be use in the plant
- Update Inspection/test Plan for components with drawing update and/or revision
- Perform verification of component quality Issue detected by IQC and/or production
- Issuance of Supplier quality Notification (SQN) in case of valid Supplier or component quality Issue
- Supports in consolidation and coordination of Supplier related non-conformance cost (Supplier charge back)
- 8D Problem solving review in case of non-conformities
- Follow up annual requalification for the purchased component(s)
- Perform VDA 6.3 Potential or Process Audit at the suppliers in China, Thailand, US
- Perform auditing the Production lines according to VDA 6.3 Process Audit standard
- Update Supplier Quality Sheet (SQP Agreement)
- Update of Failure Catalogues
- Following up of PCN provided by Supplier (Changes of process or Design)
- Tracking of new part from updated mold
- Follow up of requalification task at sub-Supplier
Qualifications
< Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 26 - 37 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in Supplier Quality, Quality Assurance, or Automotive manufacturing industry (Experience in plastic injection molding and/or PCBA processes)
- knowledge of automotive Core tools such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, control Plan, MSA, and SPC
- Knowledge of IATF 16949 and automotive quality requirements
- Experience in Supplier audit activities and quality Issue Management
- Able to Read and Understand technical drawings and specifications
- Able to travel for Supplier audits and business trips when required
- Conversational high in English communication skills (speaking, writing, and presentation)
- Having a certified VDA 6.3 Process Auditor
- Familiar with problem-solving tools such as 8D, 5 Why, A3, and Root Cause Analysis
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
< Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Certified VDA 6.3 Process Auditor version 2023 is an advantage
- Knowledge of VDA standards, technical Cleanliness, or CQI requirements is preferred
