Responsibilities
• Create and manage production plans for the manufacturing plant
• Monitor daily production progress and adjust plans as necessary
• Supervise the floor operations to ensure production follows the plan
• Coordinate and give instructions to on-site staff regarding production schedules and priorities
• Support communication between Japanese expatriates and Thai staff
• Provide Japanese–Thai interpretation during meetings and daily operations
• Act as a bridge between the shop floor, production planning team, and Japanese management
• Communicate with Japanese supervisors and head office as required
• Perform other tasks related to production planning and plant operations
Qualifications
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Conversational middle - high level of Japanese skills
• Experience working in a manufacturing plant (production planning / production control experience is an advantage)
• Welcome fresh graduate (if you have experience in internship in manufacturing company, or major in engineering or related field)
• Ability or strong interest in production planning and production control work will be preferable
• Internship in Japan will be preferable
• Live long time in Prachinburi will be preferable
• Experience in a Japanese manufacturing company will be preferable
• Basic data handling and planning skills using Excel or similar tools will be preferable
Languages skills
• English : Conversational
• Japanese : Conversational
Workplace Area: 304 Industrial Park Srimahapote, Prachinburi
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (No Saturday working)
