Responsibilities
• Issue purchase requisitions and purchase orders in accordance with company policies.
• Collaborate with Production, QA, R&D, and Logistics to ensure material availability and resolve issues.
• Monitor supplier performance (quality, delivery, cost) and propose corrective actions when required.
• Conduct cost analysis, quotation evaluation, and support cost reduction initiatives.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier documentation, and ERP/MRP system data.
• Support new product development projects with procurement input and supplier information.
• Identify risks in the supply chain and provide preventive and corrective measures.
• Prepare regular reports on supplier performance, procurement status, and material availability.
• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives within the purchasing department.
Qualifications
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 25-30 years
• Any Gender
• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 2 years experience in Material purchasing or Supply Chain in automotive manufacture.
• Able to read drawing.
• Conversation middle level in English with report line and oversea supplier. (India, China, Japan)
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight schedules.
• Good planning, negotiation, communication skill and service mind.
• Not consider job hopper.
• Able to use MRP system for purchasing will be advantage
• Able to communicate in Japanese will be advantage
• Toeic 500 up will be advantage
