Responsibilities
• Take care new client 80% and exiting client 20%
• Visit customer in Thailand by company car with driver provided.
• Lead and manage the sales function for metal products (steel, copper, aluminium) to clients in the automotive parts and electronic device manufacturing industries.
• Handle BOI (Board of Investment) applications, incentives management, and oversee import-export trade procedures and customs clearance for raw materials and finished goods.
• Manage procurement and purchasing activities for raw materials and supplies, including supplier negotiation, contract management, and cost optimization.
• Oversee production control and inventory management (PPIC) to align supply with customer demand and sales forecasts.
• Provide technical and commercial support to key customers, including conducting site surveys, analyzing technical requirements, and managing customer complaints and quality issues to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 40-48 years
• Male Gender
• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 10 years experience of B2B sales experience in manufacturing or trading companies (Metal, Steel, Aluminum, Copper products).
• Conversational high level of Japanese or above (used in meetings and internal communication)
• Conversational high level of English. (Internal Communication)
• At least 2 years experience in management as Manager level.
• Able to use MS Office.
• Able to attend face to face interview.
• Experience in purchase/procurement management will be preferable.
• Experience in handling BOI applications and import-export procedures will be preferable.
• Experience in Production Control and inventory management will be preferable.
• Experience in providing customer support, including complaint handling and technical surveys will be preferable.
• Have JLPT N3-N1 will be preferable.
• Have TOEIC score more than 500+ will be preferable.

Workplace Area: Amatanakhorn (Phase 1) Muang, Chonburi
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Saturday Working: average 5 times per year)
