1. Compliance & Regulatory Oversight

• Establish and oversee compliance policies, strategies, and governance frameworks in alignment with applicable laws and regulations

• Ensure compliance with requirements of regulatory authorities (e.g. Bank of Thailand, Securities and Exchange Commission, Office of Insurance Commission, and other relevant regulators)

• Monitor, analyze, and assess the impact of new laws, regulations, and regulatory changes on business operations

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior management and business units on compliance and regulatory matters

2. Legal Management

• Provide legal advice and support to all business functions within the organization

• Review, draft, and provide legal opinions on contracts, agreements, and legal documentation

• Manage legal disputes, claims, and litigation in coordination with external legal counsel

• Oversee legal risk management and mitigation strategies

3. Governance, Risk & Internal Control

• Support and enhance corporate governance practices and ethical standards

• Collaborate with Risk Management and Internal Audit functions to strengthen risk controls and internal control systems

• Report compliance and legal risks, issues, and key developments to senior management and the Board of Directors

4. Training & Compliance Culture

• Promote and embed a strong compliance culture across the organization

• Develop and deliver training programs on legal, regulatory, and ethical requirements for employees at all levels

• Ensure effective communication and implementation of compliance policies and procedures

5. Team & Stakeholder Management

• Lead, manage, and develop the Compliance & Legal team

• Liaise with regulators, auditors, and external advisors on compliance and legal matters

• Represent the organization in external engagements related to legal and compliance issues

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Business Law, Financial Law, or related fields

• At least 10–15 years of experience in Compliance and/or Legal functions

• Proven experience in team leadership and working closely with senior management and/or the Board of Directors

• Experience working in large organizations (2,000+ employees) within financial services, investment, insurance, or service-related industries

• Strong experience with listed company affairs, including IPO processes, and compliance with regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET)

• In-depth knowledge and experience in Corporate Governance, Disclosure requirements, and Regulatory Compliance at an enterprise level
