Qualifications
• Over 5 years+ of proven experience in brand strategy, marketing, communications
• Brand positioning, brand architecture, brand equity, and brand governance
• Corporate brand identity systems and guideline management
• Internal and external communications principles
• Media relations, PR planning, reputation management, and crisis communications
• Understanding of how branding, communications, PR, digital, and media work together cohesively
• Knowledge of corporate structures, cross functional collaboration, and approval processes
• Understanding of the construction materials (or industrial/B2B) industry, market dynamics, and customer segments is an advantage
• Familiarity with budget planning, cost control, ROI measurement, and reporting for brand and communication initiatives
• Knowledge of agency workflows, scopes of work, and evaluation frameworks
