Key Responsibilities

·        Prepare and analyze financial data, operating results, and financial forecasts to effectively communicate with investors and shareholders.

·        Develop and deliver compelling financial presentations for various investor activities, including Analyst Meetings, Roadshows, and Corporate Updates.

·        Collaborate closely with the Finance team and Executive Management to construct key messaging for external communication and disclosures.

·        Organize and execute IR activities, such as Analyst Briefings, Opportunity Day presentations, and other investor engagement events.

·        Support Sales and Business Development teams by preparing high-impact presentation materials and defining key value propositions for potential investors and strategic business partners.

·        Build, manage, and nurture long-term relationships with High-Net-Worth Individual (HNWI) investors.

·        Develop core IR materials, including Management Discussion and Analysis (MD&A) reports, earnings presentations, fact sheets, and Q&A documents.

·        Prepare quarterly and annual reports in strict compliance with bond covenants and regulatory standards.

·        Provide timely updates regarding financial performance and covenant compliance status to bondholders and trustees.

·        Oversee and manage IR communication channels, including email inquiries, the IR hotline, the corporate IR website, and analyst forums.

·        Conduct competitive benchmarking and market analysis to support the enhancement of the overall IR strategy.

·        Monitor market sentiment, investor perceptions, and stakeholder feedback to identify potential risks and strategic business opportunities.

Qualifications

·        Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a heavily quantitative discipline. (Master's degree or professional licenses like CFA/CISA/IR Card is a significant advantage).

·        Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Wealth Management (specifically dealing with HNWIs), or Equity Research.

·        Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, scenario forecasting, complex data matrices, and advanced lookups) & Microsoft PowerPoint to synthesize intricate compliance data into executive, boardroom-ready visual presentations.

·        Language Proficiency: Bilingual proficiency in English and Thai. Superior verbal and written communication skills are mandatory for drafting formal regulatory disclosures and conducting professional negotiations.

·        Impeccable Attention to Detail: Strong oversight and precision necessary to validate heavy documentation frameworks, financial numbers, and regulatory texts with zero tolerance for error.

·        Elite Interpersonal & Sales Acumen: Confident, polished, and articulate demeanor necessary to effectively network, pitch to, and retain affluent individual investors.
·  Independence & Problem-Solving: Proven capacity to work with minimal oversight, organize tight project calendars across multiple departments, and perform under high executive stress.
