Responsibilities
- Analyze Business Requirements and develop System, Functional, and Technical Requirements.
- Design System and Application architectures aligned with project requirements and organizational standards.
- Develop System Flow, Process Flow, and Data Flow Diagrams.
- Design Database Structures, Data Models, ER Diagrams, and Table Relationships.
- Design API Flows and Integration Flows between Frontend, Backend, Mobile, and External Systems.
- Prepare API Specifications, including Request, Response, Validation, and Error Handling.
- Analyze and define Business Rules, Data Mapping, and System Logic.
- Conduct Impact Analysis for new requirements or change requests on existing systems.
- Analyze Non-Functional Requirements such as Performance, Security, Scalability, Availability, and Logging.
- Produce System Specifications and Technical Specifications for the Development team.
- Review System Designs and proposed solutions collaboratively with Developers, Infrastructure, Security, and relevant teams.
- Provide support to Developers and QA during Development, SIT, and UAT phases.
- Analyze Defects and Production Issues, and support Root Cause Analysis efforts.
- Maintain Requirement Traceability and ensure System Documentation is current.
- Collaborate effectively with Business Analysts, UX/UI Designers, Developers, QA, Mobile, Data, and Infrastructure teams.
Qualifications
มีประสบการณ์ด้าน System Analyst, Software Engineer หรือ Application Analyst อย่างน้อย 3 ปีขึ้นไป
•สามารถวิเคราะห์ Business Requirement และจัดทำ System Requirement ได้
•มีความสามารถด้าน System Design และ Application Design
•สามารถออกแบบ System Flow, Process Flow และ Data Flow Diagram ได้
•มีความรู้ด้าน Database Design, ER Diagram, Data Model และ Table Relationship
•มีความเข้าใจ Relational Database เช่น Oracle, SQL Server หรือ PostgreSQL มีความเข้าใจ SQL, Transaction, Index และ Database Constraint
•มีความเข้าใจการออกแบบ REST API, API Flow และ System Integration และ เข้าใจ Authentication / Authorization เช่น JWT, OAuth 2.0 หรือ OpenID Connect
•สามารถทำ Impact Analysis เมื่อมี Requirement หรือ System Change
•เข้าใจ Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) และการทำงานร่วมกับ Development / QA
•สามารถจัดทำ System Specification / Technical Specification ให้ทีม Development นำไปใช้งานได้
•มีทักษะด้าน Analytical Thinking, Problem Solving และ Communication
Preferred Qualifications
•มี Background ด้าน Software Development / Programming
•มีประสบการณ์ออกแบบระบบแบบ Microservices Architectureมีประสบการณ์ System Integration, API Integration หรือ Third-party Integration
•มีประสบการณ์ใช้ UML, Sequence Diagram, Swagger / OpenAPI
•มีความรู้ด้าน Cloud, Application Security, Performance หรือ Scalability
•สามารถวิเคราะห์ Business Requirement และจัดทำ System Requirement ได้
•มีความสามารถด้าน System Design และ Application Design
