Responsibilities

  1. Oversee team performance and ensure full alignment with project requirements and company policies.
  2. Manage and oversee branch design and decoration projects to align with business plans; ensure projects are completed within the designated timeline.
  3. Develop and control branch design standards and layouts to ensure they comply with service requirements and safety regulations.
  4. Manage budgets, verify Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and control costs related to branch decoration projects.
  5. Select, supervise, and evaluate the performance of designers, contractors, and suppliers.
  6. Coordinate with internal departments, manage the team, and report operational results to executives.

Qualifications

    1. Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related field.
    2. At least 5 years of experience in team/contractor management and project budget control, specifically in branch design/decoration or construction management.
    3. Ability to work effectively under pressure and within tight deadlines; possesses excellent prioritization and flexibility skills.
    4. Capable of preparing systematic reports and presenting data to management.
    5. Ability to travel to on-site locations for inspections as required.
    6. Strong leadership and high sense of responsibility; highly organized, meticulous, honest, and committed to professional standards.
