Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (TA) Senior Supervisor leads the strategic sourcing, selection, and onboarding of top talent, aligning hiring with company goals. Key duties include developing recruiting strategies, employer branding, managing ATS systems, and forecasting hiring needs. They ensure a positive candidate experience and collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing targets.


Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies and policies aligned with the organization's manpower plan.
• Plan, manage, and oversee end-to-end recruitment, selection, and hiring processes to ensure timely acquisition of high-quality talent at optimal cost.
• Partner with business units to analyze workforce demand and formulate annual recruitment plans.
• Design and implement new proactive recruitment initiatives/programs
• Improve assessment methods, including structured interviews, psychometric tools, and job-related evaluations.
• Leverage recruitment data and emerging technologies to improve process efficiency and candidate/hiring manager experience.
• Lead and develop the recruitment team, manage recruitment budgets, and ensure operations align with approved plans


Qualifications

Qualifications
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment management and executive recruitment.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Strong business acumen with in-depth understanding of labor market trends
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop TA dashboards and reports to track key recruitment metrics.
• Strong interest in AI and automation in recruitment, with awareness of current HR tech trends.
• Experience in HR technology transformation, including implementation or optimization of ATS platforms will be an advantage
• Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset.
• Fluent in Thai and English.
