สมัครและสัมภาษณ์ทันทีตำแหน่งงานผู้จัดการสาขาฝึกหัด พื้นที่ กรุงเทพ และปริมณฑล

สถานที่สัมภาษณ์ บริษัท เงินติดล้อ จำกัด (มหาขน) สำนักงานใหญ่ อาคารอารีย์ฮิลล์ ชั้น 12A

เวลา 8.30 - 13.00 น.

- เรียนรู้และปฏิบัติงานจริงในทุกกระบวนการของสาขา ทั้งด้านสินเชื่อ การบริการลูกค้า และการบริหารทีม ภายในระยะเวลา 6 เดือน

- บริหารงานสาขา วิเคราะห์และบริหารเป้าหมายยอดขายและคุณภาพสินเชื่อของสาขาในความดูแล หลังจากผ่านการประเมินความพร้อมในการดูแลสาขา

- สร้างประสบการณ์ที่ดีให้แก่ลูกค้า และสร้างความสัมพันธ์อันดีกับชุมชนในพื้นที่ โดยการออกตลาดเชิงรุก

- บริหารทีมให้สามารถทำงานร่วมกันอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพภายในสาขาที่ดูแล

โครงการพัฒนาผู้จัดการสาขาฝึกหัด BM STAR (บ่มเพาะผู้นำรุ่นใหม่ภายใน 6 เดือนให้สามารถบริหารงานดูแลสาขาเงินติดล้อได้)

เพื่อพัฒนาผู้นำรุ่นใหม่ให้เติบโตอย่างรวดเร็วด้วยหลักสูตรพิเศษแบบฉบับชาวเงินติดล้อโดยเฉพาะ ทั้งการเรียนรู้สูตรลับในห้องเรียน และได้รับการสอนงานจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญของเงินติดล้ออย่างใกล้ชิด

Qualifications

จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ไม่จำกัดสาขา
มีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับงานขายหรือเคยบริหารทีมขาย
มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การคิด วิเคราะห์ การปรับตัว การแก้ไขปัญหา
สามารถเดินทางไปทำงานต่างจังหวัดหรือโยกย้ายได้
สามารถขับรถจักรยานยนต์
สามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์( Microsoft office ) ได้
