Responsibilities
-Business-to-AI: Translate business requirements into production-ready AI use cases; collaborate with Business Owners to define and track KPIs such as AHT (Average Handle Time) and FTE (Full-Time Equivalent) savings.
-End-to-End Solutions: Design and develop AI/ML-based solutions to enhance efficiency and automate manual tasks through Intelligent Workflows and Document AI.
-Effective Collaboration: Coordinate with Frontend, Backend, Marketing, CS teams, and external partners to deliver optimal, high-impact solutions.
-Reliable Backend: Develop robust backend services using Go, Python, and TypeScript, while ensuring system stability across Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, and Cloudflare).
Qualifications
-Programming: Proficient in Go, Python, and TypeScript with a strong grasp of Microservices architecture and Clean Code principles.
-Infrastructure: Skilled in Docker, CI/CD, PostgreSQL, and Redis, along with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Loki, and CloudWatch.
-Communication & Debugging: Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal teams and vendors; expert problem-solving and debugging capabilities.
-Ownership Mindset: Highly self-driven with a focus on measuring business impact, including Productivity Gain, Cost Reduction, and Risk Mitigation.
