Responsibilities
- Design AI utilization guidelines to reduce workflow steps and increase service speed; test AI implementation in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Monitor usage results and continuously optimize performance to align with actual operations.
- Study and gather workflows that can be enhanced or assisted by AI.
- Train, fine-tune, and maintain AI models or systems to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with operational requirement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an AI Trainer, Data Analyst, or in a related role.
- High attention to detail, strong critical thinking, analytical mindset, cross-functional collaboration skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to rapidly evolving technologies.
