ควบคุมและดูแลการดำเนินงานด้านบัญชีเจ้าหนี้ประจำวัน ให้มีความถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน และเป็นไปตามนโยบายและขั้นตอนของบริษัท

ตรวจสอบและบันทึกรายการชำระเงินในระบบ Oracle Accounts Payable และ AS400 รวมถึงบริหารตารางการชำระเงินเพื่อให้สามารถชำระได้ตรงเวลา

ดำเนินงานปิดบัญชีประจำเดือน ไตรมาส และสิ้นปี เช่น การตั้งรายการค้างจ่าย (Accruals) การกระทบยอดบัญชี (Account Reconciliation) และการวิเคราะห์ค่าใช้จ่าย

ประสานงานกับผู้ขาย (Vendors) ธนาคาร ผู้ตรวจสอบบัญชี และหน่วยงานภายใน รวมถึงแก้ไขปัญหาที่ซับซ้อนเกี่ยวกับงานบัญชีเจ้าหนี้อย่างทันท่วงที

เป็นผู้นำและสนับสนุนการปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงาน ให้คำแนะนำแก่สมาชิกในทีม และปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ผู้จัดการมอบหมาย
