1. การบริหารจัดการรถจักรยานยนต์ใช้งาน (End-to-End)

• วางแผนจัดหารถ (ใหม่/ทดแทน) คัดเลือกรถจากโกดัง และขออนุมัติใช้งาน
• ประสานงานขนย้ายเพื่อซ่อมปรับสภาพรถ พร้อมทำเรื่องโอน ทะเบียน พ.ร.บ. ภาษี และประกันภัย
• ตรวจสอบคุณภาพรถและความถูกต้องของเอกสาร ก่อนประสานงานขนส่งเพื่อส่งมอบให้ผู้ใช้
• ควบคุมการทำงานของ Vendor/สาขา และติดตามความคืบหน้าให้ทันตามกำหนด (SLA) รวมถึงใบประกันต่าง ๆ

2. การบริหารข้อมูลและควบคุมคุณภาพ

• บันทึกและอัปเดตข้อมูลรถให้ถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน ตรวจสอบได้ในทุกขั้นตอน
• ตรวจสอบเอกสารและการทำงานให้ถูกต้องตามมาตรฐาน (SOP)
• วิเคราะห์ปัญหา ลดข้อผิดพลาด/ข้อร้องเรียน และหาแนวทางปรับปรุงงาน
• จัดทำรายงานสถานะและ KPI พร้อมประสานงานกับผู้เกี่ยวข้อง      

1.        1.      มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 2 ปีด้านการบริหารจัดการรถจักรยานยนต์ใช้งาน (Fleet Management) แบบ End-to-End Process
2.       ทักษะในการวางแผน ประสานงาน และติดตามงานให้เป็นไปตาม SLA ที่กำหนด
3.       สามารถจัดทำรายงาน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล Excel [Pivot, vlookup/xlookup, if] ได้เป็นอย่างดี
4.      มีความรับผิดชอบสูง ละเอียดรอบคอบ สามารถบริหารงานหลายด้านพร้อมกัน ติดตามงานจนแล้วเสร็จ และแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
5.      มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี สามารถประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายใน ภายนอก และผู้ให้บริการ (Vendor) ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
6.      หากมีความรู้ด้าน Power BI, AI หรือ Automation จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
