1.ธุรการประกันชีวิต
-ติดตามและแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกี่ยวกับการออกกรมธรรม์ประกันชีวิต และอุบัติเหตุ
-ตรวจสอบและติดตามสถานะการส่งเอกสารให้ครบถัวน และเป็นไปตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนด
-จัดทำรายงานสรุปผลการดำเนินงาน เพื่อนำเสนอแก่หัวหน้างานและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
-ให้คำแนะนำและประสานงานเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาให้กับสาขา
-ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในที่เกี่ยวข้อง รวมถึงบริษัทประกันที่เป็น Partner กับบริษัทฯ

2.ธุรการงานประกันภัย
1. ติดตามและแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการออกกรมธรรม์ประกันอุบัติเหตุ และประกันชีวิต
2 .ตรวจสอบและติดตามสถานะการนำส่งเอกสารให้ครบถ้วนและเป็นไปตามกำหนด
3. จัดทำรายงานสรุปผลการดำเนินงานเพื่อเสนอแก่ผู้เกี่ยวข้อง โดยใช้ Excel และ PowerBI/ Tablau
4. ให้คำแนะนำและประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งภายในและภายนอก
5. ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
