Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and goals.
- Analyze performance metrics and identify areas for improvement in the sales process.
- Training programs on loan products, sales techniques, compliance regulations, and customer service for new and existing loan telesales representatives.
- Coaching and mentoring individual team members to improve their performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to loan products and sales.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the financial services or sales industry.
- Proven experience in developing and delivering engaging and effective training programs.
- Strong knowledge of loan products, sales techniques, and relevant compliance regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to assess individual needs and provide effective coaching and mentoring.
