เจ้าหน้าที่บัญชี 1 อัตรา (บริษัท ไพโรพลัส จำกัด )
รายละเอียดของงาน
- การบันทึกและจัดการข้อมูลทางการเงิน : ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารทางบัญชี จัดทำใบสำคัญต่างๆ เพื่อการบันทึกรายการค้า เช่น บัญชีรายรับ บัญชีรายจ่าย บัญชีลูกหนี้ และบัญชีเจ้าหนี้ ค่าเสื่อมราคา ลงในโปรแกรมบัญชี ทำการบันทึกบัญชีและกระทบยอดรายการทางบัญชี (Account Reconciliation) กระทบยอดบัญชีเงินฝาก และบันทึกรายการปรับปรุงที่เกี่ยวข้อง เสนอผู้บังคับบัญชา ทุกเดือน
- การจัดการด้านภาษีอากร : จัดทำรายงานภาษีซื้อ-ภาษีขาย คำนวณภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม (ภ.พ.30) ตรวจสอบภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย (ภ.ง.ด.3, ภ.ง.ด.53) และภาษีอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ยืนแบบเพื่อนำส่งกรมสรรพากรให้ทันตามกำหนดเวลา
- การประสานงานและตรวจสอบ : เตรียมข้อมูลและเอกสารทางบัญชีเพื่อสนับสนุนการทำงานของผู้ตรวจสอบบัญชี (Auditor)ประสานงานกับแผนกอื่น ๆ ภายในองค์กร เช่น แผนกจัดซื้อ แผนกบุคคล เพื่อติดตามเอกสารทางบัญชีให้ครบถ้วน
Qualifications
คุณสมบัติประจำตำแหน่ง เจ้าหน้าที่บัญชี
- อายุ 30-50 ปี
- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี
- มีประสบการณ์ 2 ปี ขึ้นไป จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- ทักษะคอมพิวเตอร์ ใช้ Excel / Google Sheet /Mango Program
- ชอบตัวเลข ละเอียดรอบคอบมาก
- ทำงานรวดเร็ว
- เรียนรู้งานไวและมีความรับผิดชอบสูง
- ซื่อสัตย์ เก็บความลับได้ดี
