Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Build a relation with clients and Service Technician and become a point of contact for Customer/ Sales inquiries.
- Coordinate (phone/ emails) with Service technicians, Logistics teams, and Sales to ensure the right delivery, installation, and confirmation to customers for the quotation and customer contract.
- Ensure resolution to customer requests for any queries on Quotations/Purchase Orders/ Contracts corrections.
- Archival of the right set of documents for audit and compliance purposes.
- Customer Interaction: Handle customer inquiries and provide product information

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- สร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้าและช่างบริการ (Service Technician) รวมถึงทำหน้าที่เป็นผู้ประสานงานหลักสำหรับข้อสอบถามจากลูกค้าและฝ่ายขาย
- ประสานงานทางโทรศัพท์และอีเมลกับช่างบริการ ฝ่ายโลจิสติกส์ และฝ่ายขาย เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าการจัดส่ง การติดตั้ง และการยืนยันรายละเอียดต่าง ๆ กับลูกค้าเป็นไปอย่างถูกต้อง รวมถึงการดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับใบเสนอราคาและสัญญากับลูกค้า
- ดำเนินการและติดตามคำขอของลูกค้า รวมถึงแก้ไขข้อสงสัยหรือปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ ใบเสนอราคา (Quotation) / ใบสั่งซื้อ (Purchase Order) / สัญญา (Contract)
- จัดเก็บและจัดทำเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องให้ครบถ้วนและถูกต้อง เพื่อรองรับการตรวจสอบ (Audit) และการปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดของบริษัท
- การติดต่อและให้บริการลูกค้า: รับเรื่องสอบถามจากลูกค้า ให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับสินค้าและบริการ
- ทำงานร่วมกับทีมและประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ เพื่อให้งานดำเนินไปอย่างราบรื่น
Qualifications
Qualifications / Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Able to work under pressure
- Shows a desire to continuously learn and develop
- High level of computer literacy including Microsoft 365 application, SFDC and ERP/CRM (SAP preferred)
- Good coordination and follow-up skills with suppliers and internal teams
- Good written and spoken Thai; workable English for supplier and regional communication
