Costing Team Leader - POSCO Coated Steel (Thailand) Co.,Ltd.

• Cost & Month-End Closing: Manage the overall month-end cost closing processes and prepare manufacturing statements using the ERP system.
• Inventory Management: Oversee physical inventory counts, analyze monthly inventory movements, and ensure accurate valuation of raw materials and finished goods.
• Financial & Variance Analysis: Perform variance analysis (e.g., sales, COGS) and evaluate impacts on the income statement and balance sheet to support broader financial reporting.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Production and Supply Chain teams to optimize product workflows, cost structures, and operational efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Cost Management, or a related field.
• 5 - 7 years of overall experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years dedicated to cost accounting (manufacturing environment preferred).
• Solid understanding of cost accounting principles, BOM (Bill of Materials), and manufacturing workflows.
• Holding a CPD license will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced skills in Excel.
• Good command of English, with proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
