Procurement Team Leader - POSCO Coated Steel (Thailand) Co.,Ltd.

• Team Leader R&R All, Follow KPI, Management Report, Monthly Closing

• Provide guidance and solve basic work issues for the MRO/Service team.

• Monitor and support team members to ensure work follows company procedures and standards.

• Follow up on team performance and help improve work efficiency.

• Report work progress and issues to the Procurement GM when required.

• Business Management, General Management, Logistics Management or any related fields

• More than 10 years work experience in procurement

• Have service mind and good attitude on work

• Be able to work under pressure

• Understand Korean working culture is an advantage

• Good command in English (Korean is an advantage)

• Advanced MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills are required to perform tasks

• Good communication skill and ability to work effectively across multi-functions

• Systematic and analytic thinking, good coordination skill, and high responsibility
