Responsibilities
- ควบคุมและดูแลกระบวนการงานบริหาร รวมถึงการดำเนินงานด้านบัญชีและการเงินทั้งหมด
- ตรวจสอบรายการลงบัญชี, กระทบยอดรายการบัญชี, และวิเคราะห์งบรายงานสถานะทางการเงินของบริษัท
- ควบคุม, ดูแล, และตรวจสอบการควบคุมภายในของการดำเนินงานทางด้านบัญชีและการรายงานทางการเงิน
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องและลงนามในเอกสารสำคัญทางการเงิน เช่น ใบแจ้งหนี้, ใบสำคัญขาย, ใบเสร็จรับเงิน, ใบกำกับภาษีขาย, และใบสำคัญการรับเงิน
- ควบคุมการจัดทำและตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของรายงานสถานะลูกหนี้การค้า รวมถึงประสานงานและควบคุมการติดตามการเรียกเก็บเงินจากลูกค้า
- ตรวจสอบรายงานภาษีขาย, ภาษีซื้อ, และภาษีอื่นๆ พร้อมกระทบยอดบัญชีที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อยื่นเอกสารและภาษีให้ทันเวลา
- จัดการและดูแลบัญชีเจ้าหนี้เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าได้รับการชำระตรงเวลา และกระทบยอดเจ้าหนี้ให้ถูกต้อง
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูลและอนุมัติรายการบน Internet Banking สำหรับการจ่ายชำระเจ้าหนี้ของบริษัท
- วางแผน, ควบคุมดูแลการเงิน, และบริหารสภาพคล่องของบริษัทตามนโยบายอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- ควบคุมและตรวจสอบวงเงินสดย่อย
- ควบคุมและตรวจสอบการดำเนินงานด้านบัญชี, ภาษี, และผลประกอบการทางการเงินให้ถูกต้องตามมาตรฐานการบัญชีและกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสานงานกับเจ้าหน้าที่สรรพากรในการตรวจสอบภาษี
- ดูแลและส่งเสริมให้พนักงานในทีมปฏิบัติงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายใน, ธนาคาร, หน่วยงานด้านบัญชีและภาษี, และผู้ตรวจสอบบัญชีอิสระ เพื่อให้การปิดบัญชี, จัดทำ, และตรวจสอบงบการเงินเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

Qualifications
- อายุระหว่าง 35-42 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาการจัดการ, การเงิน, บัญชี หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์การทำงานในระดับผู้จัดการหรือหัวหน้าแผนกอย่างน้อย 5 ปี
