Responsibilities
- วางแผนและบริหารจัดการกระบวนการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างให้มีประสิทธิภาพและคุ้มค่า
- ค้นหา พัฒนา และประเมินผู้ขายหรือซัพพลายเออร์รายใหม่ ในประเทศ และต่างประเทศ รวมถึงบริหารความสัมพันธ์กับคู่ค้าปัจจุบัน
- เจรจาต่อรองเงื่อนไขการค้า ราคา และสัญญาการจัดซื้อเพื่อให้ได้ประโยชน์สูงสุด
- ควบคุมดูแลสต็อกสินค้าและวัตถุดิบให้เพียงพอต่อความต้องการและลดการจัดเก็บเกินจำเป็น
- ประสานงานใกล้ชิดกับฝ่ายผลิต ฝ่ายคลังสินค้า และฝ่ายบัญชี เพื่อให้การจัดซื้อสอดคล้องกับการดำเนินงาน
- จัดทำรายงานวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนการจัดซื้อและนำเสนอแนวทางลดต้นทุนอย่างต่อเนื่อง
- กำกับดูแลการปฏิบัติตามนโยบายและขั้นตอนการจัดซื้อของบริษัท
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่าในสาขาโลจิสติกส์ การจัดการซัพพลายเชน บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการจัดซื้อหรือซัพพลายเชน 5-10 ปี
- มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรองและการสื่อสารที่ดีเยี่ยม
- ความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและแก้ไขปัญหาได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- มีความเข้าใจในกฎระเบียบและแนวปฏิบัติการจัดซื้อจัดจ้าง
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐาน เช่น Microsoft Office ได้ดี
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในการใช้ระบบ ERP สำหรับการจัดซื้อ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
