Export Sales Executive - F - Plus Co., Ltd.

- Manage and develop relationships with existing customers in the Asia market.

- Identify and acquire new target customers to expand business opportunities and market share.

- Present product information, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.

- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide suitable product solutions.

- Research and analyze market data, trends, and competitors to support sales planning and forecasting.

- Study and stay updated on import–export regulations, trade restrictions, tariffs, and free trade agreements of assigned countries/regions.

- Handle customer complaints professionally and coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues, including implementing preventive measures.

- Maintain and update customer databases, sales reports, and marketing records.

- Conduct market surveys and identify new product opportunities aligned with market trends.

- Work closely with R&D, Production, and Marketing teams to develop products and solutions that meet market demands.

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, International Business or related fields.

- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in international sales, preferably in the food or FMCG industry.

- Experience in handling Asian markets will be a strong advantage.

- Flexible working hours to accommodate overseas customer time zones.

- Willingness and ability to travel abroad, especially within Asia.

- Possession of a valid international driving license is preferred.

- Experience participating in international trade fairs or food exhibitions is an advantage.

- Good command of English in speaking, reading, and writing and proficient in MS Office / sales reporting tools.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams.
