Responsibilities
- Drive Talent Acquisition Strategies and Develop Innovative sourcing channels to attract high-quality talent across all levels, while strengthening employer branding in alignment with Business Direction.
- Manage and Enhance Compensation and Benefits Structures to remain competitive in the market, while ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient payroll operations.
- Develop and Elevate the Performance Management System (KPIs / OKRs) to drive business outcomes with transparency, fairness, and effectiveness.
- Initiate and Drive impactful HR initiatives that support Business Growth and Deliver measurable Organizational Outcomes.
- Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to plan and implement HR and Organization Development Projects.
- Identify and Drive Continuous Improvements in processes, Systems, and Employee Experience to enhance overall organizational effectiveness.
- Lead and Develop the HRM team through planning, coaching, and motivation to enhance team capability and overall performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Political Science, Law, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with exposure to Talent Acquisition, Rewards (Compensation & Benefits), and Performance Management
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role
- Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws, taxation, and social security regulations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Ability to work at both Udomsuk (Bangkok) and Sam Phran (Nakhon Pathom); a company shuttle service is provided for commuting between sites
