Responsibilities
- Perform co-checks for part approval and conduct supplier process audits.
- Review and follow up on PPAP submissions.
- Coordinate with suppliers to resolve quality-related issues.
- Investigate quality issues using root cause analysis, 8D reports, and corrective actions, including on-site follow-up.
- Review and summarize investigation reports.
- Conduct supplier process audits and drive continuous improvement activities.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or team leader.
Qualifications
3. Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Materials, Mechanical, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
4. Professional Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Quality Engineering or Automotive Manufacturing. Knowledge of automotive parts (functional parts, stamping, and steel parts). Familiar with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, PPAP, 8D, QC Tools, and Core Tools (APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, and Control Plan).
5. Language Skills: Good command of English (speaking, listening, and reading). Japanese is optional. TOEIC score above 550 is an advantage.
6. Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
7. Other Skills: Interest in the automotive industry and quality engineering. Willingness to travel and work on-site. GPA of 2.75 or higher.
