Responsibilities
- Plan and manage Facebook/Meta, Google, TikTok, and other paid media campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies based on key KPIs (e.g., CPL, ROAS)
- Conduct A/B tests for both creatives and audience segments
- Collaborate with the product marketing, content, and design teams to align campaign execution
- Prepare campaign reports and regularly update the team lead
- Manage tracking tools and infrastructure including pixels, UTM parameters, and events
Qualifications
- Approximately 24–35 years old (flexible)
- At least 2–3 years of direct experience running Facebook Ads (experience with other platforms is a plus but not required)
- Solid understanding of performance marketing concepts (ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA)
- Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset
- Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, with experience in Business Manager and Pixel setups
- Good communicator and collaborative team player
- Highly responsible and eager to learn by doing
