Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and meet with customers to present and promote Solar Cell / Solar Rooftop products and solutions.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers while actively seeking new business opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets and business objectives set by the company.
- Handle and coordinate bidding processes, tenders, and various solar energy projects.
- Prepare sales reports, proposals, quotations, and summarize sales performance.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact and presentation through negotiation, closing, and after-sales follow-up.
- Conduct site assessments and evaluate project requirements before and after installation.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Project, Installation, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide professional advice and suitable solar energy solutions based on customers' requirements.
- Resolve customer issues and provide effective solutions throughout the project.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a related field.
- Knowledge and/or experience in Solar Cell, Solar Rooftop, Electrical Systems, or related fields.
- Experience in sales, project sales, or solar energy business will be highly considered.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel for customer visits and site inspections.
- Candidates using their own vehicle for work can claim mileage expenses at THB 5/km based on actual business travel.
- Good command of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Good teamwork and coordination skills with a high sense of responsibility.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
