ผู้แทนขายผลิตภัณฑ์ทางทันตกรรม (สัญญาจ้าง 12 เดือน) - COLGATE-PALMOLIVE (THAILAND) LIMITED

พื้นที่ดูแล: กรุงเทพฯ และปริมณฑล หรือ ภาคตะวันออก, ภาคกลาง (คลินิกทันตกรรมและแผนกทันตกรรมในโรงพยาบาล เป็นหลัก)

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบหลัก (Key Responsibilities)

1. บริหารพื้นที่ขายและสร้างยอดขาย (Territory Management & Sales Performance)

• วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล และวางแผนการเข้าพบลูกค้า รวมถึงการใช้ช่องทางดิจิทัล เพื่อสนับสนุนการทำงานรวมถึงบริหารจัดการงานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย และทำยอดขายให้บรรลุเป้าหมายที่บริษัทกำหนด

• นำเสนอขายผลิตภัณฑ์ของ Colgate เข้าคลินิกทำฟันและโรงพยาบาล ผ่านการ presentation เพื่อนำเสนอจุดเด่น และคุณประโยชน์ของสินค้าเชิงวิชาการ 

2. สร้างความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าและรวบรวมข้อมูลการตลาด (Professional Relationships & Market Insight)

• สร้างความสัมพันธ์อันดีกับทันตแพทย์ และบุคลากรในวงการทันตกรรม

• ติดตาม รวบรวมข้อมูลคู่แข่ง สภาพตลาด ข้อเสนอแนะจากลูกค้า และแจ้งแก่ผู้จัดการ

3. การจัดการข้อมูลและระบบความปลอดภัย (Data & Compliance)

• บันทึกข้อมูลการเข้าพบลูกค้าและข้อมูลการขายลงในระบบของบริษัทอย่างสม่ำเสมอ

• รายงานเหตุการณ์ไม่พึงประสงค์ (Adverse Events) จากการใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์ตามเกณฑ์ Colgate Vigilance Guidelines

4. ทำงานร่วมกับบริษัทผู้จัดจำหน่าย (Distribution Partner)

• ประสานงานและสนับสนุนทีมขายของผู้จัดจำหน่าย (Distributor) ในการติดตามยอดขายและการคาดการณ์สินค้า (Forecast)
