Responsibilities

JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE :
ปฏิบัติงานซ่อมบำรุงเครื่องจักรสำหรับการผลิตดิน Shredded Clay , Blended Clay , Dry Mix , Refine ตามแผนงานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย โดยคำนึงถึงความปลอดภัยในการปฏิบัติงานเสมอ

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- ทำกิจกรรมทำความสะอาดเครื่องจักร เช่น ทำความสะอาดเครื่องจักร เครื่องมือ อุปกรณ์

- ดำเนินการซ่อมแซมเบื้องต้นของเครื่องจักร เช่น งานเชื่อม/ตัด/เจียร์/เจาะ/ถอด-ประกอบ ชิ้นงาน และ เครื่องจักร

- ตรวจสอบแผงควบคุมและระบบไฟฟ้าเบื้องต้นเพื่อระบุปัญหา

- ติดตั้ง ดูแลบำรุงรักษา การจัดเก็บ เครื่องใช้และอุปกรณ์

- ตรวจสอบการทำงานของระบบความปลอดภัย (เช่น สัญญาณเตือนความปลอดภัยของ เครื่องจักร โรงงาน)

- ตรวจสอบและซ่อมแซมพื้นผิวอาคาร โครงสร้าง ที่เสียหาย

- มีส่วนร่วมในโครงการต่าง ๆ (เช่น โครงการพัฒนาของโรงงาน )

- รายงานปัญหาต่อผู้จัดการ อำนวยความสะดวกหรือการบำรุงรักษา

- ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าได้ปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานคุณภาพและกฎระเบียบด้านสุขภาพและความปลอดภัย

- ปฏิบัติหน้าที่และกิจกรรมอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องตามที่กำหนด

Qualifications

- การศึกษา ประกาศนียบัตรมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายหรือเทียบเท่า(ม.6 , ปวช ) ในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

- ประสบการณ์การทำงานเกี่ยวกับงานซ่อมบำรุงเกี่ยวกับงาน สายพานลำเลียง เครื่องบดย่อย ปั้ม เครื่องจักรหนักที่เกี่ยวข้อง 3ปี ขึ้นไป

- ทักษะพื้นฐานงานช่าง เช่น งานเชื่อม/ตัด/เจียร์/เจาะ/ถอด-ประกอบ ชิ้นงาน และ เครื่องจักร
- สามารถปฎิบัติงานที่ อ.สบปราบ จ.ลำปางได้ ( ทำงาน 6 วัน ต่อสัปดาห์)
