Job Summary
รับผิดชอบการวางแผนและประสานงานการจัดส่งสินค้าให้เป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและตรงตามความต้องการของลูกค้า รวมถึงการบริหารจัดการงานด้านขนส่ง การชั่งน้ำหนักสินค้า (Weighbridge) การจัดทำเอกสาร และการติดตามสถานะการขนส่ง เพื่อให้การส่งมอบสินค้าเป็นไปอย่างถูกต้อง ตรงเวลา และสอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานด้านคุณภาพ ความปลอดภัย และข้อกำหนดของบริษัท พร้อมสนับสนุนการปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงานอย่างต่อเนื่องเพื่อยกระดับประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินงานด้าน Logistics และ Distribution
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- วางแผนและประสานงานการจัดส่งสินค้าให้ถึงมือลูกค้าตรงเวลา
- ติดตามสถานะการขนส่ง และแก้ไขปัญหาที่อาจเกิดขึ้นระหว่างการจัดส่ง
- ดูแลการชั่งน้ำหนักสินค้า (Weighbridge) และตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูล
- จัดทำและตรวจสอบเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการขนส่งและการส่งมอบสินค้า
- ประสานงานกับลูกค้า ผู้ให้บริการขนส่ง และหน่วยงานภายใน
- จัดทำรายงาน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล และสนับสนุนการปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงานอย่างต่อเนื่อง
- ปฏิบัติงานตามมาตรฐานด้านความปลอดภัย คุณภาพ และสิ่งแวดล้อมของบริษัท
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปวช., ปวส. หรือสูงกว่า
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Logistics, Distribution, Warehouse หรือ Transportation อย่างน้อย 1 ปี จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถใช้ Microsoft Excel หรือ Google Sheets ได้ดี
- มีทักษะการประสานงานและการสื่อสารที่ดี
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ รับผิดชอบ และพร้อมเรียนรู้
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษเบื้องต้นได้จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีใบอนุญาตขับขี่รถยนต์ (หากมีใบขับขี่ Forklift จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
