Responsibilities
- ดูแลกระบวนการจัดซื้อทั้งหมด ตั้งแต่รับ PR เปรียบเทียบราคา เจรจาต่อรอง ออก PO และติดตามการส่งมอบ
- คัดเลือกและบริหารความสัมพันธ์กับ Supplier เพื่อให้ได้คุณภาพ ราคา และระยะเวลาส่งมอบที่เหมา
- ควบคุมการรับสินค้า (Goods Receipt) ให้ถูกต้องตาม PO ทั้งด้านปริมาณและคุณภาพ
- บริหารงานคลังสินค้าและควบคุมสต็อก รวมถึงการตรวจนับสินค้า (Cycle Count / Physical Count)
- วางแผนและควบคุมระดับสต็อก (Min-Max Stock) เพื่อสนับสนุนการผลิตและลดปัญหาสินค้าขาด
- ดูแลสัญญาจัดซื้อและเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง รวมถึงการต่ออายุสัญญา
- ควบคุมให้การดำเนินงานเป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน ISO และระเบียบปฏิบัติของบริษัท
- บริหารทีมงาน Procurement และ Store พร้อมประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
Qualifications
- การศึกษาระดับ ปวส. ขึ้นไปในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านจัดซื้อและคลังสินค้า อย่างน้อย 3 ปี
- มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรอง การวิเคราะห์ และการบริหาร Supplier
- มีภาวะผู้นำ สามารถบริหารทีมงานและทำงานร่วมกับหลายฝ่ายได้
- ใช้งานระบบ ERP และโปรแกรม Google Suit ได้ดี
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ รับผิดชอบ และสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
- สามารถทำงาน 6 วันที่ อ. เมือง จ.ระนอง
