Responsibilities
- วิเคราะห์ความต้องการทางธุรกิจและข้อกำหนดทางเทคนิคของลูกค้า เพื่อแปลงเป็นโซลูชันด้านเทคนิคที่ตอบโจทย์ธุรกิจ
- ออกแบบและจัดทำเอกสารข้อเสนอทางเทคนิค (Technical Proposal) รวมถึง System Diagram, BOM (Bill of Materials), BOQ (Bill of Quantities), Solution Overview และสไลด์นำเสนอ
- นำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์และโซลูชันทางเทคนิคของบริษัทแก่ลูกค้า พร้อมทั้งจัดทำ Demo หรือ Proof of Concept (POC) เพื่อสนับสนุนการปิดการขาย
- ประสานงานกับทีมขาย, Vendor/Supplier และทีม Implementation/Project Manager เพื่อส่งมอบข้อมูลและองค์ความรู้ของโครงการให้ราบรื่น
- ให้การสนับสนุนด้านเทคนิคเบื้องต้นหลังการขาย และตอบคำถามด้านเทคนิคที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ศึกษาและติดตามเทคโนโลยีใหม่ ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับผลิตภัณฑ์ของบริษัทอย่างสม่ำเสมอ
- ปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยข้อมูล (ISMS) ขององค์กรอย่างเคร่งครัด รวมถึงการรักษาความลับของข้อมูลและการจัดเก็บเอกสารตามข้อกำหนด
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์, วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์, เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ, เครือข่าย, ความปลอดภัยทางไซเบอร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Presales หรือ Technical Sales 2-5 ปี
- มีความเข้าใจในผลิตภัณฑ์และโซลูชันด้านไอที เช่น ระบบเครือข่าย (Network), เซิร์ฟเวอร์ (Server), สตอเรจ (Storage), คลาวด์ (Cloud) และความปลอดภัย (Security)
- มีทักษะการนำเสนอและการสื่อสารเชิงเทคนิคที่ดีเยี่ยม ทั้งภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ
- ความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์ปัญหาและนำเสนอแนวทางแก้ไขที่เหมาะสม
- สามารถจัดทำ Proposal, เอกสารนำเสนอ และเอกสารทางเทคนิคได้
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Excel หรือ Google Sheet ในการคำนวณราคาได้
- สามารถทำงานร่วมกับทีมขายและทีมวิศวกรได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- ประสบการณ์กับผลิตภัณฑ์เฉพาะทางจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- หากมีใบรับรอง CCNA / CCNP, Azure / AWS Associate, หรือ VMware VCP จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
