- จัดทำรายงานสรุปข้อมูลบน Social Media เป็นรายวัน รายสัปดาห์ หรือรายเดือน
- เฝ้าระวัง และแจ้งเตือนสถานการณ์บน Social Media ของแบรนด์
- การเฝ้าติดตามสถานการณ์ หรือวิกฤตต่าง ๆ ของแบรนด์อย่างใกล้ชิดผ่าน Social Listening Tools
2. Management
- ประสานงาน และบริหารจัดการโปรเจค ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- ทำงานร่วมกับพาร์ทเนอร์
- วางแผนรูปแบบการทำงาน
- สอนงาน ตรวจสอบ และควบคุมคุณภาพรายงาน
Qualifications
คุณสมบัติการทำงาน:
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีในสาขา หรือคณะใดก็ได้
- อายุไม่เกิน 30 ปี, ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่
- มีความรู้พื้นฐานในการใช้งานโปรแกรม
- Microsoft Excel (Pivot)
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Power BI
- Google Suits
- ภาษาอังกฤษขั้นพื้นฐาน สามารถอ่าน เขียน และตรวจรายงานได้
- มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์ แก้ปัญหา และการตัดสินใจได้ดี
- มีทักษะในการบริหารจัดการเวลาได้ดี
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารได้ดี สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้ และมีความยืดหยุ่นในการทำงาน
